I started as a Beachbody Coach to help people. My Coach changed my life, and I felt obligated to pay that forward to those I care about. One thing I discovered, rather quickly, the idea of exercise is not the most intimidating aspect for most people. Nutrition, and changing their eating habits, is, on the other hand, almost overwhelming. That shouldn't have come as such a surprise. It was the most intimidating aspect for me as well.
Once I got into it, though, I found it wasn't as big a deal as I'd built it up to be in my mind, which is what led me to create a clean eating challenge. I want to help people get started down the path of healthy eating, hopefully making it simple enough they can continue on their own.
I made a rather awkward video (my first one), in which I explain the basics of clean eating and what it means for me.
As a member of Team Beachbody, I have access to tons of great, healthy recipes. They are the heart of my clean eating plan.
